Responsible Gambling FAQ

Log in to pkpk11, go to Account Settings, and find the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you can set your own maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per month. The limit takes effect immediately after you save it. Any increase requires 24 hours' advance notice before it applies.

You will not be able to play until your Self-Exclusion period ends. Only after the period you chose (6 months, 1 year, or longer) has fully passed can you request to reopen your account — and even then, reopening is not immediate; an additional waiting period applies. This is in place to protect players.

Time-Out is a short break of 1 to 30 days, after which you can log in again as normal. Self-Exclusion lasts 6 months or more and is for players who feel gambling has become a serious problem. Both can be arranged through Live Chat.

Warning signs include: chasing losses by continuing to play, borrowing money to fund your gambling, trying to stop but being unable to, and neglecting family or work responsibilities. If any of these apply to you, contact pkpk11 support.
